COACHING

Your first session will be an opportunity for me to get a sense of what you would like to achieve. What is especially challenging for you? What do you want to focus on? It may be you’re feeling overwhelmed with life and need a creative outlet. You may be struggling with losing your voice when singing or performing. Or you may simply want to have fun exploring your voice.

You may have a particular goal, such as expanding your ability to sing in different styles, or exploring some new vocal techniques. Or perhaps you’re simply drawn to experiencing this work, without any particular outcome in mind. That’s fine too, we’ll discover together what wants to emerge for you as we go along. 

 

We will explore these questions in your first session and identify your core concerns so we can begin working on a development plan to guide our work. We will also look at some breathing techniques, and I’ll ask if you have a particular song you would like to work on.

If you like, we can discuss your goals and aspirations in a phone call before you commit to a session. If I feel I can’t help you, I will be direct and say so.
